Why FOX ELD

Fleet software should preserve the truth behind the screen.

FOX ELD is being built for carriers that need more than scattered dashboards: a connected operating record that keeps identity, source events, corrections, reviews, evidence, and final actions understandable.

The problem we chose

The fleet story breaks when every vendor owns a different version.

The same vehicle can appear as a unit number in dispatch, a VIN in compliance, a serial number in a device portal, a camera channel in safety, and an asset code in maintenance. When an exception happens, the team has to reconcile those versions before it can even start the work.

FOX ELD treats carrier, driver, vehicle, device, assignment, and time as the shared foundation. Logs, telemetry, video events, inspections, faults, routes, and integrations build on those relationships rather than inventing new identities.

The result is not a promise that software makes every decision. It is a system designed to show the evidence, preserve the lineage, and make human ownership clear.

Product principles

Four rules shape every FOX ELD workflow.

These principles apply whether the record begins with a duty event, coordinate, camera trigger, driver inspection, engine signal, or external integration.

01One identity

Driver, vehicle, device, and assignment stay connected.

02One timeline

Logs, trips, defects, incidents, and actions share context.

03One handoff

APIs and exports carry approved, carrier-scoped records.

04One rollout

Hardware, migration, training, and support are planned together.

Implementation discipline

A rollout is accepted when the people and records work together.

Provisioning hardware is only one step. We define the operating model, train the users who own exceptions, and verify critical workflows before expansion.

01

Discover

Map fleet mix, operating regions, current systems, vehicle ports, data needs, policies, integrations, and measurable problems.

02

Pilot

Provision a representative group, validate assignments and signals, rehearse driver and administrative workflows, and document gaps.

03

Expand

Roll out in controlled groups with migration, training, support ownership, acceptance checks, and visible issue resolution.

Responsible claims

Clear about what software can—and cannot—do.

01We distinguish available services, managed rollouts, and pilots.
02We confirm hardware, signal, jurisdiction, integration, and retention scope.
03We preserve carrier responsibility for policy, legal review, training, and operations.
04We do not invent customer counts, savings percentages, ratings, or regulatory endorsements.

Build the right fleet stack

Bring us the operating problem, not a feature checklist.

We will map the identities, data, evidence, people, hardware, and integrations required to improve it—and state the limits plainly.
