No surprise scope

Recurring and one-time items are separated. Hardware and connectivity assumptions identify the relevant vehicles or assets. Implementation work names the migration, installation, configuration, integration, training, and acceptance tasks.

Managed-rollout and pilot services retain those labels in the commercial scope. Dependencies, fleet responsibilities, exclusions, data handling, support, and expansion criteria are documented rather than implied.

If discovery shows that an existing system should remain, the plan can define a supported handoff instead of charging for a replacement that does not improve the operation.

Fleet scope changes with vehicle count and type, selected services, hardware, cable and installation requirements, camera policy, connectivity, integrations, data migration, support, and rollout complexity. A configured quote makes those assumptions visible.

02What can appear on a proposal?

A proposal can separate recurring software, hardware, connectivity, provisioning, installation, migration, integration, training, support, pilots, and other agreed implementation work so the fleet can evaluate the full operating cost.

03Can we start with a pilot?

Yes, when the selected service and hardware support a bounded pilot. The plan identifies vehicles, users, locations, duration, success criteria, support, data handling, and the decision required before expansion.

04Do we need to replace every current fleet system?

Not necessarily. Discovery identifies what should migrate, what should integrate, and what should remain in place. The proposal documents supported data flows and ownership rather than assuming a full replacement.

05Are hardware installation and replacement included?

They are included only when stated in the proposal. Vehicle compatibility, install method, field service, spares, warranty handling, and replacement logistics are scoped to the selected hardware program.
