Commercial terms governing FOX ELD software, websites, documentation, support, and managed services.
This public document describes the general FOX ELD framework. Customer-specific services, pricing, service levels, security commitments, processing instructions, and remedies are governed by the signed order form and incorporated agreements.
Service scope
The applicable order form identifies subscribed services, fleet scope, term, fees, support, and pilot conditions. Marketing descriptions do not expand a signed order form.
Customer responsibilities
Customers remain responsible for accurate data, authorized use, notices, installation, applicable laws, and operational decisions.
Acceptable use
Customers may not bypass access controls, interfere with operation, submit unlawful content, probe other tenants, or create unsafe conditions.
Availability and changes
Service levels, maintenance, support, beta terms, and notices are governed by the applicable agreement.
