Processor commitments covering customer data, security, subprocessors, assistance, retention, and deletion.
This public document describes the general FOX ELD framework. Customer-specific services, pricing, service levels, security commitments, processing instructions, and remedies are governed by the signed order form and incorporated agreements.
Roles and instructions
For customer-controlled personal data, the customer acts as controller or business and FOX ELD acts according to documented instructions.
Security
FOX ELD maintains access control, carrier isolation, secret encryption, audit evidence, recovery, and incident-response procedures.
Subprocessors
Subprocessors are engaged under written data-protection obligations with a documented change process.
Assistance and deletion
FOX ELD provides reasonable assistance and deletion or return at termination, subject to lawful retention and backup cycles.
